Ashton didn’t just open Elevation to offer aesthetic treatments-she opened it to change the vibe of self-care in our community. Tired of seeing clients travel hours for high-end treatments or settle for less-than-stellar results, she decided it was time to bring something better, closer to home. Her mission? To create a space where people could look good, feel amazing, and actually enjoy the process. With a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin, Ashton built Elevation as a place where expertise meets real connection. Ashley grew up in Sevier County and first joined our team as a social media manager, but her talent, dedication, and warm personality quickly led her to take on new responsibilities. Now serving as our Medical Spa Manager, Ashley is the friendly face you see the moment you walk through our doors. She has a natural gift for making every client feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. Whether she’s coordinating appointments, ensuring the office runs seamlessly, or adding her creative touch to our online presence, Ashley brings energy, kindness, and professionalism to everything she does. Our clients adore her-and so do we!

Rebekah Lanning, RN, began her healthcare journey early as a CNA after high school. She earned her RN from Walter State Community College in 2017, gaining experience in fast-paced med-surg hospital settings. In 2019, she was certified in aesthetic medicine by the National Laser Institute. Now at Elevation Med Spa, she combines clinical expertise with an artistic approach to help clients look and feel their best. Outside of work, she cheers on her four boys at sporting events, embracing a joyful, busy family life.

Lassiter Denton, LE, holds a BS from Carson-Newman College and an MBA from Lincoln Memorial University. She became a licensed esthetician in 2022 and ran her own practice before joining Elevation. She loves helping clients feel confident in their skin every day.

Nurse Injector
Cadee Pfefferman, BSN, RN, was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated in 2023 from Baylor University's Louise Herrington School of Nursing. Currently an ER nurse in Knoxville and a nurse injector at Elevation, she specializes in all injections, including sexual wellness, neuromodulators, and fillers. Cadee’s friendly, professional demeanor supports you throughout your aesthetics journey.

Tryton Landsiedel, RN, was born and raised in Bismarck, ND, and earned his BSN from North Dakota State University in 2022. Passionate about aesthetics from the start, he became a certified injector through AMET in 2023. He specializes in neuromodulators, with Jeuveau as his favorite product. Outside the spa, he performs at Dollywood, combining his energy and talent on stage.
